　１・入れ物を作る：陶芸-trivial:122-
　　　「a small brick of velium×１」と「crystalline silks×３」と「glass shards×２」をpottery wheel（陶芸）でこねる
　　　　--＞「Unfired Velium Vial」が出来る
　２・入れ物を焼く：陶芸-trivial:54-
　　　「Unfired Velium Vial」と「HQ firing sheet」をKilnで焼成
　　　　--＞「a Veluim Vial（NoDrop)」が出来る
　３・ポーションにする：
　　　「Veluim Vial」と「small pieces of Velium×２」を「Velium purifier」で合成
　　　　--＞「Vial of Velium Vapors」が出来る　*完成*

 ★作り方（概要）
　１・始まり
　　　Plane of TranquilityにいるJimlok Keylifterに話し掛けます。
　　　Plane of Justisで友人の消息を調べて欲しいと言われる。
　　　　--＞PoJのネズミ（Festering Rat）を倒し「Tiny Bottle and Note」を手に入れる
　２・設計図
　　　Jimlok Keylifterに「Tiny Bottle and Note」を渡す
　　　　--＞ PoKにいる細工商「Tabben Bromal」宛てに「Strange Jeweler's Schematic」
　　　　を手渡される
　３・材料の収集：
　　　Tabben BromalにStrange Jeweler's Schematicを渡すと
　　　「Small Parts Kit」で以下の材料を組み立てるように言われる
　　　★Tri-Coated Metal Casing - random from spiders in PoI
　　　★Size C Spring - random from models in PoI
　　　★Creeping Silk Strands - from A Pile of Bile in PoD
　　　★Congealed Bile-Based Ooze - from A Virulent Arachnid in PoN
　　　　--＞「Sealed Parts Box」が出来る
　４・完成
　　　Tabben Bromalに「Sealed Parts Box」を渡す
　　　　--＞ 「Small Clockwork Talisman」を手渡される　*完成*その２へ続く･･･
